BARBOSA: BRAZIL ASHAMED

Former President of the Supreme Court , retired minister Joaquim Barbosa, who has given many lectures to the legal / economic world , in São Paulo, this Wednesday , 11/11 , stated that Brazil " will go through international humiliation when to start the trial Petrobras in the United States , "according to news from the newspaper O Globo .

He assured that the American justice is " very hard " when it comes to corruption and the process is risk of severe punishment for " big companies " . Barbosa criticized the Brazilian government because it does not comply with anti- bribery agreement signed with the OECD (Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development ) .
